The purpose of the Project Status Presentation is for Project Managers to convey the overall status of their project to competition stakeholders using formal project management techniques. The evaluation of this presentation will focus on the ability of the Project Manager to communicate the status of his or her overall project, as well as where they fell short. This presentation should demonstrate the Project Manager’s overall command of the project.
